We have a NO CANCELLATION POLICY. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to purchase Peek Protect for a small fee. If you purchase Peek Protect, you can cancel your booking at any time, up to 24 hours before the activity start time, and receive a refund. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy, including weather related issues.
