Originally from San Antonio, Texas, Lindsey has loved horses since childhood. Joining the Adventure Park gave her the opportunity to reconnect with her passion for horses every single day.
Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, spending time outdoors, practicing Pilates, learning about nutrition, and caring for her green conure, Bruno. Her go-to karaoke song? ‘Little Red Wagon’ by Miranda Lambert.
A Life Built Around Horses
Lindsey loves the gentle nature of horses, their willingness to trust people, and the unique bond they create. Every day is different—whether she’s chasing down mustangs or helping first-time riders discover confidence in the saddle.
Favorite Horses
Like many wranglers, Lindsey has a hard time picking just one favorite, but Buckey has earned a special place in her heart. His gentle personality, kind nature, and eagerness to please make him a joy to ride and work with.
When it comes to entertainment, Mustang never disappoints. He has a big personality and likes to act like he’s in charge of the herd—even if everyone knows otherwise.
And if horses could talk? Lindsey is convinced Dallas would keep the whole barn laughing with his funny personality.
Making Memories
One guest shared how horseback riding had positively changed her life, reminding Lindsey how powerful these experiences can be. Helping children and nervous riders overcome their fears is one of the most rewarding parts of her job.
More Than Horses
Lindsey also enjoys working on the park’s zipline, where she gets to see South Padre Island from a completely different perspective.
Whether she’s guiding horseback rides across the beach or helping guests soar through the dunes on the zipline, Lindsey brings the same enthusiasm, patience, and welcoming smile to every adventure.
