All of the staff is beyond kind and helpful, especially the office staff who were on a roll with their jokes and banter. The horse ride was gorgeous and all guides were pleasant and upbeat. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: You may cancel your booking for a full refund when you call us directly no later than the day before your activity is scheduled.
Same-day Cancellation: You may receive a refund, minus 20%, when you call us no later than two hours before your activity start-time.
Full Party Attendance: All members of your party must be present for the scheduled activity or fail to show up.
NO REFUNDS: for any individuals who choose not to participate with the activity, regardless of reason.
NO REFUND: For Missed, No-Call, No-Show or you don’t participate in Your Activity as Scheduled.

Do I need prior horseback riding experience?

No prior experience is necessary. Our guided rides are designed for all skill levels, including complete beginners. Our staff will give you a brief orientation before you mount up so you feel comfortable and confident.

Is this horseback riding suitable for beginners, children, or first-time riders?

Absolutely. This ride is perfect for beginners, children ages 6 and up, and first-time riders. Our horses are gentle and well-trained, and our guides keep a close eye on every rider throughout the experience to ensure everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.

How do weather conditions affect scheduled horseback riding tours?

We ride rain or shine when conditions are safe. In the event of unsafe weather such as lightning or severe storms, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or provide options. For same-day weather concerns, please call us directly at (956) 761-4677.
